Four devices, monthly terms

Test the demand before you buy the machine.

Four devices, all of them mine, out on monthly terms. If you want to add a service, see whether your patients actually book it, and keep the capital in your pocket while you find out, this is the low risk way in.

The units

Four devices. Out on monthly terms.

Not drop shipped from a warehouse. I own them and place them personally, which is why the terms are set practice by practice rather than published.

DiamondGlow

DiamondGlow

Dermalinfusion

Exfoliates, extracts and infuses a serum in a single pass. Patients already know it by name, which removes most of the marketing problem before you start, and it sits alongside almost any menu rather than replacing something on it.

  • A service your patients already recognise and ask for
  • A same-day treatment they can walk straight out of
  • The easiest of the four to slot into a schedule you are already running
Sylfirm X

Sylfirm X

RF microneedling

Radiofrequency delivered through microneedles, with both pulsed and continuous wave modes on the same handpiece. Used for skin texture and tone across a range of skin types.

  • Two wave modes, so one unit covers more of your menu
  • A category patients are actively searching for by name
  • Your team trained on the unit before it sees a patient
Frozen C

Frozen C

Carboxy cryo

A carboxy gel treatment paired with cooling. No needles and no consumable beyond the gel, which makes it one of the simplest services on this page to add and to price.

  • No needles, so it opens up a broader patient list
  • Short chair time, easy to run between larger appointments
  • A visible, same-visit finish that patients talk about
Emsculpt

Emsculpt

Electromagnetic muscle stimulation

High-intensity electromagnetic muscle stimulation. This is the original Emsculpt, which works on muscle tone only. It is not the Emsculpt NEO and it does not do what the NEO does. The manufacturer has discontinued this unit, so a rental is now one of the few ways to run the classic platform at all.

  • Muscle tone only, and the page says so rather than blurring the two
  • A discontinued platform, so renting is the realistic route to it
  • No capital tied up in a machine that is no longer sold

What it looks like in the room

A service they book again.

The four questions

Every doctor asks these four, in this order. So this page answers them in that order.

I have heard them in this exact sequence for twenty six years. No brochure language, and no dodging the last one.

Question 1Is it safe?

Every unit on this page is an established platform with a track record in medical spas, and all four are on the more forgiving end of what you can add to a menu.

Your team gets trained on the unit before it starts seeing patients.

Question 2Does it work?

These are services patients already know by name, which is half the marketing problem solved before you start.

It is also a natural add-on to treatments you are probably already running, which is where most of the revenue actually comes from.

Question 3Is it easy to incorporate?

This is the easiest yes on the whole site. A rental means no capital purchase, no financing application, and no five year commitment to a machine you are not sure about.

If it works, we talk about you owning one. If it does not, you hand it back and you have lost a few months of rent instead of a down payment.

Question 4Can I make money with it?

The math is simple enough to do on a napkin, which is how I like it. You need a certain number of treatments a month to clear the rent, and everything past that is yours.

Tell me your price point and your patient volume and I will run it with you honestly, including the case where the answer is no.

The terms

Monthly. Set per practice.

Genuinely limited, because I own these personally rather than drop shipping them.

AvailabilityAsk per device

I own every unit on this page, so availability is genuinely limited and it moves by device and by month. Ask which are free and you will get a straight answer.

TermMonthly

Monthly terms, set per practice based on your volume and how long you want the unit. Rate, delivery, training, and consumables all get agreed in writing before anything ships.

Path to owningIf it works, it works

If the service takes off, we talk about you buying a unit outright and freeing the rental for the next practice.

Rental rates are quoted per practice rather than published, because the term, the volume, and the support included all move the number. Ask and you will get a straight one.

Ask which units are free before somebody else does.
